For this gut renovation, two units were combined into a 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartment in this Mies van der Rohe designed Lake Shore Drive tower. The 1,650-square-foot unit features travertine floors, a double-sided marble feature wall, custom Honduras mahogany and stainless steel millwork and custom and classic furniture all organized on the building’s 5’-3” module.
