This 4,000-square-foot oceanfront house is a modern reinterpretation of the island's 1960s-era shingled Cape Cods. Away from the water the house is mostly closed and private. Facing the water it opens in expansive lights of aluminum curtain wall to a glass-railed balcony and ocean views. The interior features a structural steel roof truss, granite-paved floors, a custom kitchen and extensive custom millwork.
