The Lake Point Tower Condominium Association commissioned Windhorst Gorski Architects to reconceive two inoperative water features that had been added to the lobby in the 1980s. The all-new minimalist solution incorporates modernist details and superb materials to generate waterwalls which appear to be part of the original 1960s design. Joel Berman cast glass, solid bronze trim elements and attic stock custom masonry combine to achieve this goal.
