Beverly Station is a proposed 94,000-square-foot mixed use transit oriented development at 95th Street and Longwood Drive in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood. A one story green-roof retail base is divided by a public plaza leading to a 4-story condominium building of one-, two- and three-bedroom units set above two levels of parking. The base is clad in limestone to match the existing retail context, and the condominium building is clad in a curtain wall of wood spandrel panels and low-E glazing.
